Came in before the rain started, and when I left, I got soaked 😭 I can't remember his name, but the dude with glasses was super polite and helpful. The flower he suggested was amazing! Loved the Yu Yu Hakusho shirt as well!! 😻❤️

They are slow, but then rushed through the transaction and didn’t engage much. Asked for help picking a new high dose gummy. Other dispensaries I’ve been to will flip their screens to show the products so I can see for myself. They acted like ringing people up is such a hassle on its own. I should have left when they skipped my friend and then told him he’d have to go back out and come back in showing his ID. Even through he never left the room. Weird, won’t be back. Lesson learned.

I’ve been to The Botanist multiple times, and while the dispensary itself may look nice and seems to be one of the more popular spots in the area, the customer service has been very disappointing. On my most recent visit, there was an issue with my order and how my rewards were applied. I noticed the price didn’t seem right and brought it up before leaving, but the employee brushed it off and walked away. Once I got outside and checked everything more closely, I realized my order was in fact wrong, so I went back in to explain the issue and ask for it to be corrected or refunded. Instead of simply listening or trying to fix the problem, I was told not to “get aggressive,” even though I never raised my voice. I was only trying to explain that my order was wrong and that the items connected to my rewards should have been included properly. The frustrating part is that I earned those rewards by spending money there. It shouldn’t feel like the staff is doing me a favor when I’m using rewards that are part of their own program. I’ve had similar awkward experiences before when trying to use rewards or get items that were supposed to be included, and the attitude makes it feel like the

The employees were helpful and friendly. They had no problem answering my 100 questions. The selection was decent a well.

Amazing experience. Informative and professional! I learned so much, I walked in to learn and I felt welcomed properly! If you are Lucky (Meagan )might be there, she's a 💎 gem, she really stepped forward with her great energy !!!
